What is also unique is that we support both hardware and software solutions.

We provide our clients with a very cost-effective-full-service IT Helpdesk solution offering a team of specialists consisting of Level 1 and 2 support along with an IT Manager at the same or lower cost than a single IT person. The client benefits from a wide range of skill sets suited to each project/task. As we provide our own training and equipment, the client does not have to absorb the cost of internal training and equipment costs. Also with a team of consultants working for you, there is no need to worry about the problems associated with IT staff turnovers or leave of absences.

We are unique in that we will assign a consistent team of two technical specialists to your office at any given time. This will ensure that the same two people know and are able to support your system at all times. There will always be one person who is the primary technical support for a given firm. The other person would serve as a backup and is used when certain larger projects require two people or when the primary consultant is on vacation and/or unavailable. We also have other staff available when needed � based on the type of support required.
