We provide a full range of technical support and helpdesk services as an outsource solution for our clients.
We provide 24/7 remote server monitoring and can provide remote technical support to any server and/or workstation remotely provided there is an internet connection at the user's location.
In some cases there is no charge for telephone support if we can solve the issue for you over the phone in a more timely manner. In other words, if a simple problem can be fixed in 5 minutes over the phone or remotely rather than coming on-site to do a small job, we will do so at the customer's discretion.
Our approach is different in that we provide a variety of solutions that are most beneficial to the client, proven technologies, and are cost effective. Although we like to ensure that our clients have the most up to date technology, we do not like to use them as guinea pigs and we always keep their budgets in mind.
