We are able to create packages, tailored to your needs, to monitor any machine (server, computer or printer) to any extent you wish.

At E-Fusion, we provide responsive, high quality emergency computer and network support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year*. Our emergency on-site response time is within 4 hours from placing a service call, during normal business hours (M-F, 8a-5p). Typically during business hours, our emergency response time is 30 minutes or less for remote/phone support.

With our 24/7 remote server monitoring, we can provide remote technical support to any server and/or workstation provided there is an internet connection at the user’s location.
