We are unique in that we will assign a consistent team of two technical specialists to your office at any given time. This will ensure that the same two people know and are able to support your system at all times. There will always be one person who is the primary technical support for a given firm. The other person would serve as a backup and is used when certain larger projects require two people or when the primary consultant is on vacation and/or unavailable. We also have other staff available when needed based on the type of support required.

In some cases there is no charge for telephone support if we can solve the issue for you over the phone in a more timely manner. In other words, if a simple problem can be fixed in 5 minutes over the phone or remotely rather than coming on-site to do a small job, we will do so at the customer's discretion.
